James Davidson – Founder & Senior Superintendent
With more than 27 years of hands-on experience in formwork and construction management, James Davidson has built a reputation for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. His extensive background includes oversight of large-scale developments such as the Foster Martin Tower, RCH Phase 2, and Rivergreen Parcel 12, with project values reaching up to $50M.
Throughout his career, James has managed crews, equipment logistics, formwork design, and multi-site operations with precision. His leadership ensures every project adheres to strict safety protocols, regulatory compliance, and high-quality standards. From high-rise towers to institutional builds like Trinity Western University’s Science Building, James’ breadth of experience speaks to his commitment to excellence in construction.
Chase Welder – Co-Founder & Project Superintendent
Chase Welder brings over 20 years of construction experience, with a specialized focus on project planning, execution, and site supervision in both the civil and industrial sectors. Before co-founding Keystone Van Enterprises, Chase played integral roles in multi-million dollar projects, including the $215M Giant Mine Remediation in NWT and the $3B Oakridge Mall Redevelopment in Vancouver.
Chase's strategic approach to scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and environmental compliance ensures each site operates efficiently and sustainably. His experience spans roles from Project Manager to Civil Superintendent, reflecting his ability to adapt and lead through every phase of construction. Chase’s attention to detail and leadership in quality control has made him a trusted name in the industry.
